Channel Partners: USA Digital Revamps Agent Portal

USA Digital Communications (Booth 1330) announced the release of its updated agent portal using MasterStream MX from MasterStream Software, beginning Feb. 1.

Six months in development, the restructured interface will provide USA Digital agents with a Web-based interface for real-time quote generation, order management, provisioning, account maintenance and commission-status tracking. The system also offers agents the ability to add subagents and track their activity.

The system will enable agents to generate multiple-carrier quotes in real time. And, proposals can be customized to produce only results that meet criteria specified by the agents.

MasterStream MX will be fully integrated with USA Digital’s back-office functions, giving agents access to all aspects of customer information, including billing and provisioning processes. For example, the portal will provide a simple system for agents to track key account details, such as payment status and history, as well as to access all past invoices and related paperwork.
