Toucan Taps Paradial’s NAT Traversal for Snap Communicator

Paradial has teamed with Toucan Global to integrate advanced firewall traversal technology into Toucan’s Snap Communicator.

Paradial's NAT Traversal technology enables the Snap Communicator to be maximally useful in a corporate environment, facilitating connection to the Internet in a variety of networking situations that might otherwise pose complications for a VoIP system, the companies said.

"Working with Toucan Global demonstrates how RealTunnel, through its support for ICE, STUN, TURN and HTTPS tunneling, is a key contributor to optimizing end users' VoIP experiences," said Paradial CTO Espen Skjæran.
