TBI Signs with Broadvox

11/04/2008

Chicago-based master agency Telecom Brokerage Inc. to sell Broadvox’s SIP Trunking solutions to businesses nationwide.

Broadvox SIP Trunking paired with new or existing IP PBXs enables TBI’s subagents to offer SMBs saving as high as 70 percent off traditional TDM services. Broadvox can provide new or port existing numbers nationwide with phone numbers from more than 7,000 rate centers. Its Network Operations Center is staffed 24/7/365 to support a private network that covers the 48 contiguous United States and Canada, securely transporting more than six billion minutes of traffic annually.

“We are pleased to promote the Broadvox customized communication solutions to both our membership and their valuable customer base,” said Geoffrey Shepstone, president of TBI. “The design of the Broadvox network provides business continuity during and after migration to IP communications which broadens our member companies’ access to increased profitability and gives them a competitive edge in the marketplace.”

TBI is one of the country’s largest master agencies. It represents more than 60 suppliers through a network of sales agents.

“TBI is an organization with a solid understanding of the comparative advantages and associated costs of the industry’s best carriers and Broadvox is pleased to be represented by a master agency with the level of credibility attained by TBI,” said David Byrd, vice president of marketing and sales at Broadvox. “A relationship with TBI provides the opportunity for increased commissions, national exposure and business growth, not only for Broadvox, but for Broadvox VARs and TBI subagents as well.”
