Sandy Beaches Software (Booth 511) has partnered with CABS Agent (Booth 209) to give customers a complete carrier access billing (CABS) product, from rate development and regulatory compliance, tariff preparation and filing, to billing, collection and dispute resolution.

“InteleCABS will continue to generate clear and compliant invoices to carriers in their preferred format to ensure timely payments,” said Jeff Lytle, founder and president of Sandy Beaches. “When payments are less than timely, the CABS Agent team will perform collections duties and resolve disputes so our clients get paid.”

Lytle said SBS already was performing many of the tasks associated with CABS billing such as entering rates for the client, rating, and the print-and-mail functions.

"The additional services offered by CABS Agent will better enable carriers to devote their time to sales efforts and simply let the checks come in," he explained.

CABS Agent founder Candice Clark has 18 years experience as an industry regulator, private consultant, and billing and collections agent for large and small telecommunications companies.
