Channel Partners: Salestream Adds Instant Quoting

Salestream Software Inc. (Booth 1716) announced its release of Instant Quoting for MPLS services within its MasterStream-MX telecom automation system for agents and master agents. The release of MPLS Instant Quoting as a distinct category of service marks the sixth category of service available for MasterStream-MX licensees allowing fully automated quoting-on-demand for their direct and indirect sales channels.

MPLS joins integrated access, Internet, local voice, longdistance and private lines in the menu of “Instant Quotes” service categories offered within the MasterStream-MX and RX hosted automation software platforms. (MasterStream-MX is for master agents and agents, and MasterStream-RX is for telecom providers and resellers.)

MasterStream-MX is a turnkey Web-hosted solution providing total automation to telecom agents and master agents. The platform enables users to completely automate all of their processes related to single- or multiprovider quoting, direct- and/or agent-sales management, opportunity tracking, order processing, order tracking, report management, commissions and other back-office operations. MasterStream-RX provides many of the same automation benefits for telecom resellers and providers in a multinetwork environment.
