PowerNet Global Upgrades Network With PhoenixSoft's Cirrus Softswitch

PowerNet Global Communications Inc. has migrated its existing network technologies to PhoenixSoft’s new Cirrus Softswitch solution, the companies said.

By replacing several network components, the integrated softswitch technology reduces costs and creates simpler, more efficient architectures, PhoenixSoft said. Rating, routing, reporting and call flow scripting engines streamline business and network operations.

PowerNet Global provides business and residential users telecommunication services, including domestic and international-long distance, 800 number, calling card, cell phone, Internet access, and T-1 connection services.
