One Communications has announced it has signed a new master agent agreement with PlanetOne, a full-service telecommunications marketing firm based in Scottsdale, Ariz. The partnership provides an opportunity for One Communications to expand its distribution channels and strengthen indirect customer reach to SMBs. By adding another carrier to its roster, PlanetOne will enhance its portfolio of solutions to offer end users as a master agent for One Communications. One Communications serves more than 160,000 businesses in 16 states throughout the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Upper Midwest regions, offering solutions including local and long-distance, high-speed Internet, T1 service, and managed services including VoIP, Web hosting, and Web development services.
