IVR developer Voxeo Corp. said Tuesday it has purchased Micromethod Technologies, which makes SIP-based collaboration software. Voxeo is expanding into Asia Pacific and said the deal bolsters its strategy in that region. Micromethod is headquartered in Beijing and San Jose, Calif. The acquisition’s terms weren’t disclosed; both companies were privately held. Voxeo partners with companies including Paraxip and CommuniGate that target enterprise customers.
