Copper Conferencing Adds New Board Member

Copper Conferencing has added William P. Ernstrom to its board of managers. Ernstrom brings more than 14 years of conferencing technology experience within the teleconferencing industry.

Ernstrom founded Voyant Technologies through the MBO/LBO purchase of Confertech Systems Inc. from Frontier Communications in 1999. During his tenure, he grew revenue from approximately $13 million to more than $50 million and achieved profitability for 17 consecutive quarters, according to Copper Conferencing.

In 2004, Enstrom led the sale of Voyant to Polycom Inc. Prior to founding Voyant Technologies, Ernstrom served as president of Confertech Systems.
