WTG Announces Personnel Changes

Haini Whittington, a member of World Telecom Group’s partner support team, has been promoted to partner support supervisor. Whittington now is responsible for overseeing five partner support representatives (PSRs) and the flow of pricing requests that our agents enter into PartnerEdge, WTG’s automated sales processing and tracking software.

WTG has added three PSRs to its team this year. The addition of these new team members – Paul Ngo, Greg Sands and Brendan Clayton – have added depth and strength to WTG’s pre-sale process and its service offering for all agents, the company said.

Additionally, Mark Little, who joined WTG last year in the Mobility Solutions Division, has been promoted to wireless sales manager. Little brings 16 years of experience in the mobility solutions space. He manages several employees dedicated to mobility solutions and works closely with WTG’s providers, which include Sprint, AT&T Inc., Verizon and T-Mobile. Additionally, Little works side by side with WTG’s agents to help them close deals and service their customers.
