Simlab.net, CallTower to Use CustomCall Product

CustomCall Data Systems Inc., a provider of billing, OSS and business process management platforms for telecommunications service providers, said Tuesday that Simlab.net and CallTower Inc. will use CustomCall’s Webtop BPM.

Webtop BPM allows service providers to integrate order management, billing, customer care, provisioning and revenue management. Service providers can use the platform to manage the customer lifecycle, whether residential, business or reseller, from original order to MACD to new service rollouts from a Web-based interface.

Simlab.net is a New York-area telecommunications carrier and provides high-speed Internet access, secure private WANs and hosting capabilities for businesses. CallTower Inc. provides hosted enterprise-class communications and collaboration applications and services for businesses nationwide.
