Info Directions Lands Upgrade Deal

Info Directions, a top maker of billing, rating order management and workflow systems for telecom operators, announced that service provider New Horizon Communications (NHC) of Waltham, Mass., is upgrading to its CostGuard.NET OSS/BSS Software.

NHC will use CostGuard.NET in the Info Directions ASP to manage rating, billing, operations and customer care functions for its rapidly growing subscriber base.

NHC is a CLEC with offices in the Northeast and Florida. The company leverages its reseller agreements with leading carriers to custom-tailor voice, data and Internet network solutions for its customers.

The company supports data, Internet and long-distance services nationwide and is a local CLEC in 15 states. The company implemented its first CostGuard system in 2003 and will use CostGuard.NET to create an end-to-end operations and billing solution that adapts easily to changing business needs, guards against technology obsolescence, and provides flexible product management capabilities.
