Access One Earns Top Business Bureau Rating

The Better Business Bureau has named competitive carrier Access One an “AAA” provider in its top business markets.

This marks the fourth year Access One – a voice, data and Internet provider – has maintained the status in its home base Chicago market; the company also recently earned the same title in the Los Angeles/Riverside/San Bernadino and Orange County markets.

The Better Business Bureau only assigns AAA ratings to companies that meet a specific composite score made up of factors including complaint volume, complaint history, how the company responds to complaints, and the bureau’s experience with the company’s industry in general.
