AVST Starts Reseller Seminar Series

Applied Voice & Speech Technologies Inc. (AVST), a developer of unified communications software, said today it has planned a series of free sales training seminars for its resellers.

The CallXpress Success Seminars will take place this month and next in nine U.S. cities. CallXpress is AVST’s flagship platform. The latest version – which integrates with most PBXs – provides users access to information through their laptops, cell phones, PDAs and BlackBerries.

AVST said the seminars will teach partners how to prospect and qualify sales opportunities; improve and maintain customer satisfaction; increase the closing ratio; improve time efficiency; create more compelling product presentations; and negotiate the best deals.
