Formula Telecom Buys Viziquor

Israel-based Formula Telecom Solutions Ltd., a CRM and billing provider, said today it has acquired U.S.-based Viziqor Solutions Inc., a privately held developer of billing and business support systems.

Formula Telecom Solutions said the buyout gives it a stronger presence in the North American market. Some of Viziquor’s products are designed specifically for U.S. companies.

"Over the last 18 months, we have taken meaningful steps to build and strengthen our U.S. presence,” said Amos Sivan, founder and CEO of Formula Telecom Solutions. “Acquiring Viziqor, with their well-known and highly regarded products, as well as their experienced team of professionals, will be instrumental as we help this market deliver on the promise of next-generation services and content."

Viziqor is headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla., and maintains regional offices across North and South America, Europe and Africa. The Viziquor acquisition gives FTS more than 80 customers and nearly 400 employees worldwide.
