SaaS aggregator 19Marketplace has joined with Computer Troubleshooters (CT) in a comprehensive distribution partnership. CT is an international network of more than 490 franchise owners providing onsite computer services to small businesses. On-demand solutions from 19Marketplace include hosted e-mail services, Web conferencing, remote management, backup and recovery, security protection and collaboration services. "By expanding their services to include our SaaS business solutions, [CT] can offer their customers an alternative to purchasing, implementing, and managing on-premise solutions," said John Krzykowski, general manager, 19Marketplace. "More of our clients are looking for managed services that reduce costs, improve productivity, and protect their valuable data,” added Chip Reaves, USA national director, Computer Troubleshooters. “19Marketplace's suite of name-brand SaaS applications allows us to meet these clients' needs immediately."
