TeleBright Enhances ManageRight

TeleBright Corp. (Booth 433) unveiled enhancements for ManageRight, its telecom expense management product. TeleBright has added an alert notification system called BrightCare, along with a new ManageRight Wireless lifecycle portal.

BrightCare offers continuous monitoring of wireline and wireless networks, and alerts are sent when business decisions are required, TeleBright said. As soon as a carrier changes a client’s billing, BrightCare detects that and performs analysis on how it will impact the customer.

BrightCare then sends a notification, which allows the company to take the action it sees fit.

The ManageRight Wireless expense management portal supports the entire wireless lifecycle, from plan and device comparisons to procurement, assets inventory, policy enforcement, invoice processing, expense allocations and usage alerts.

“BrightCare and the ManageRight Wireless portal have been developed in response to our loyal customers who have shared their frustrations about ballooning budgets in recent years,” said Chet Thaker, CEO of TeleBright. “We are thrilled to be able to offer answers that address so many current issues.”

ManageRight, ManageRight Wireless and BrightCare are available for agents to sell. TeleBright is looking for new agent partners and will be scheduling demos of the offerings at its booth.
