Avaya Expands AT&T Relationship for SME Customers

Avaya announced this week that it has expanded its relationship with AT&T (T) (via subsidiaries and affiliates) by creating a dedicated customer sales center to serve the communications needs of small and medium enterprises (SME).

The center will enable AT&T and Avaya to serve SME business customers through a common "front door," providing one-stop shopping for both their network and equipment needs. SME customers can benefit through both standard and customized solutions that provide:

• Seamless access to Avaya's communications solution for SMEs through the use of AT&T's advanced SIP services
• The ability to be connected in the office, at home or on the road by combining AT&T's mobility network services and Avaya's IP Office
