ITEXPO: Voiplink Adds Fonality IP PBX to Portfolio

Dealers partnered up with equipment supplier Voiplink now have a new arrow in their quivvers: Voiplink will offer Fonality's Trixbox Appliance VoIP PBX to its coroporate customers and channel of VARs, resellers and interconnects, it announced this week at ITEXPO.

Voiplink will ship the IP PBX customized and preconfigured with requested telecom network interfaces--and can drop-ship for the reseller directly to the customere location. It will also test the equipment prior to installation.

Targeted at the SMB market, the Trixbox applianxe includes optional CRM integration, call center applications, click to call and Outlook integration.
