ATLANTIC-ACM Delivers Wholesale Carrier Awards

The Wholesale Carrier Excellence Awards are based on the performance ratings by more than a thousand wholesale carriers' resale customers. The winners include AT&T Corp. for customer service, data and voice products, and sales representatives;

BellSouth Corp. for provisioning; Level 3 Communications Inc. and MCI Inc. in data pricing; Qwest Communications International Inc. for voice pricing; SBC Communications Inc. in billing; Sprint and Verizon Communications Inc. for network; and WilTel Communications LLC in billing, customer service, provisioning and sales representatives.

ATLANTIC-ACM's U.S. Wholesale Carrier Seals of Excellence awards - the first certifications under its new Seals of Excellence program - recognize companies for a commitment to, and progress in, improving processes and performance continuously for the their customers' benefit.

Companies receiving the Certified U.S. Wholesaler seals today are Broadwing Communications LLC, MCI, Qwest, Sprint, Verizon and WilTel. The companies received banners for display in their exhibits as well as licenses to display the seals on their Web sites.
